Cleanroom cleaning processes and certifications

  • Oxygen Ready - For applications in the air and cryogenic industries, we offer oxygen cleaning according to EIGA 33/18 standards. Valves are assembled with Krytox GPL-225 lubricant, pneumatically pressure-tested and double-packed for guaranteed purity.
  • Silicone-free - For aerospace and other sectors where silicones are banned, we clean components completely according to MSS-SP-140 standards. We remove all traces of silicone and validate this with advanced inspection methods before the valves are double-packed and sealed.
  • Process clean - For industrial gases and chemical applications, we use a specialised cleaning method, including inspection under white light and wiping tests. This method ensures that valves are free from contaminants that could compromise process safety.
  • LABS-free (LABS-free) - For the automotive industry and paint production, we clean valves according to VDMA 24364 standards, removing all substances that can interfere with coating adhesion. Our cleanroom services ensure that valves are delivered lubricant-free for maximum compatibility with paint processes.
  • EC 1935 Food safety - For valves in contact with food, our products comply with EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011 and EC 2023/2006. We offer specialised cleaning and packaging to ensure valves meet the highest food safety standards.
  • Cleaned and degreased - For general applications, valves are manually cleaned and inspected under white light. Valves are then packaged to ensure their cleanliness all the way to their final destination.
